Philadelphia, PA & Wildwood, NJ– July 16, 2025 – In a surprise team leadership shakeup, The Zack Grimmer Group, Powered by Real, has announced the appointment of Duke Grimmer, a 3.5-year-old yellow Labrador Retriever, as the team's official Boss of Real Estate & Mortgage Operations.

While Duke may not hold a real estate license (yet- we're working on it), Duke has long been the heart and soul of the real estate and mortgage team—offering unmatched loyalty, whipping tail wags, and an uncanny ability to sniff out great real estate deals.

“Duke’s qualifications include long walks through local neighborhoods, napping on stunning hardwood floors, and a keen eye for fenced-in yards,” said Zack Grimmer, his loyal human and now-former team leader. “He’s been running things behind the scenes for years—it was time we made it official.”

Duke will now oversee all business operations with a strategic agenda of quality belly rubs, fresh pup cups, and making sure every home sold has enough yard space for pups of all sizes to roam. He is particularly passionate about helping fellow dogs (and their humans) find the pawfect home.
